1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Way of Life LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including the QR Video platform and any digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Way of Life LLC provides digital marketing services and brand technology products, including but not limited to:
- QR Video — a platform enabling users to generate QR codes linked to video content
- Digital marketing consulting, strategy, and campaign management
- Custom brand technology and marketing automation tools
3. User Accounts
To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Engage in spam, phishing, or any unauthorized automated access
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software on our platforms are the property of Way of Life LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, VAT, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Way of Life LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notification.
