Refund Policy
Summary: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Subscription Refunds
All paid subscriptions to our services (including QR Video Pro and any future paid tiers) are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial charge date.
To request a refund, email us at info@wayoflife.space with your account email and order reference. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal charges are generally not eligible for refunds. If you did not intend to renew, please cancel before the renewal date. As a courtesy, we will consider refund requests for renewals made within 48 hours of the charge if you have not used the service in that period.
3. Free Plan
The free tier carries no charges and therefore no refund applies.
4. Digital Marketing Services
Custom services (consulting, campaign management, strategy) are governed by the specific agreement or proposal signed at the time of engagement. In the absence of a specific agreement, the following applies:
- Services not yet started: full refund
- Services partially completed: pro-rata refund for work not yet performed
- Services fully delivered: no refund
5. Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
